We start by taking it all in: your brand, your audience, your market and the references nobody has connected yet.
Most of it goes. We keep the few truths that matter, and we come back to cut again each round.
What's left becomes one clear idea, then the identity, words and interfaces that carry it.
We launch it and see how people respond. What we learn starts the next round.

- Gather: We start by taking it all in: your brand, your audience, your market and the references nobody has connected yet.
- Cut: Most of it goes. We keep the few truths that matter, and we come back to cut again each round.
- Compose: What's left becomes one clear idea, then the identity, words and interfaces that carry it.
- Release: We launch it and see how people respond. What we learn starts the next round.

I asked Isha to help me develop a website and digital "lookbook" advertising my take on a feature film I plan to direct. She could not have been a better partner.
